Here’s my first non-scale victory. My heart’s beats-per-minute has dropped 10 points.
Looking back to the week of April 24th, my average BPM was 82. This week, it has been between 71 and 72. Huge victory!
My eating is right on point with WW, where I follow the blue plan. I’ve been under points for a few days now.
I’m also getting over 10,000 steps in daily. Yesterday was just above 14,000!
