I’ve been adding steps this week. Today will be over 5,000.
Tonight I walked a local high school track. It’s that spongey material. My hips were good until about the 30 minute mark. Much better than when I walk on concrete sidewalks.
I’ve also got to brag – I’ve had no junkfood since Monday. I’m staying WAY below the points allotted in WW (Weight Watchers). Woot!
