Today was a pretty good day. I ate quite well and got my legs moving.
I did a 30 fast walk mid-day. For the day it was 5130 steps, which is a fairly big jump for me. My ankles hurt, but I’ll go again tomorrow!
I had a late lunch of Harveys. I ordered a double cheese and bacon burger without the bun. It was damn good, and very low carb .
I aim to keep up on the low carb trend and gradually build on the fasting.
