Back on Track

For several evenings now, I’ve pre-planned my evening snacks. After 6pm, I’d eat anything and everything, despite eating/tracking the rest of the day pretty much perfect. So I put my measured out snacks and put them in a Tupperware container.  And pre-tracked the snacks. Back on track!
