For over a week now, I’ve been working hard to get more steps in. My goal is to have days where I can reach 10,000 steps.
Yesterday, I crushed it! 11,013 steps.
I intend to get as many days in at over 10,000 as possible. I look at that as key to better sleep, weight loss, mental health, and might help in getting diabetes under control.
