I’ve had success this first week back on program.
Last week (Tuesday evening, I believe) I was 330.2 lbs and today (Monday morning) 326.2 for a 4 lb loss in less than a week.
Booyah! I’m walking more. I’m sleeping better. I’ve stayed within WW daily allowable points every freaking day. And my head is fully in the game. That’s the four pillars in action. Best of all, I’m feeling far less bloated. Bonus points for that.
