I started WW on December 3rd, almost 3 months ago.
I stepped on the scales to find myself at 321.6 lbs right on that starting moment. I lost some here, a little there, getting down to 318.8. Sadly, the scales told me this morning that I’m back up to 318.2.
I eat fairly close to my points, save for the odd Boston Cream donut, Caramilk chocolate bar, or *gasp* entire tup of Häagen-Dazs ice cream (in one sitting).
I also attend a bunch of virtual workshops with WW. Like a couple a day. I’ve been to a workshop every day since Dec 3rd, with the exceptions of Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day. I love them. I get so many tips and tricks from the coaches and other participants.
So last night I hit the sack with full intention to get the reboot going now. Not waiting until Monday, of March 1… Right now.
